Journal Scope
BRR publishes qualitative and mixed‑methods research examining the intersection of organizational life and technological evolution. We invite work on:
- Organizational adaptation to emerging technologies
- Leadership, strategy, and renewal in digital contexts
- Technology‑driven ventures and startup ecosystems
- Social, ethical, and managerial implications of AI and data‑driven strategy
BRR prioritizes depth and contextual insight. Manuscripts relying primarily on quantitative modelling fall outside the journal’s scope.
Submission Checklist
Authors must ensure their manuscript meets the following requirements before submission.
Manuscript Length & Language
- 1500–4000 words (excluding references)
- Clear, concise, and well‑structured
- Written in English
Formatting Requirements
- Font: Times New Roman, 12‑point
- Spacing: Double‑spaced
- Margins: 2.5 cm (top/left), 2 cm (bottom/right)
- Page numbers: Required on all pages
- Headings: Use clear, consistent subheadings
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
Abstract & Keywords
- Abstract: up to 150 words
- Summarize purpose, methodology, and key findings
- Five keywords, separated by commas

- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Findings & Discussion

Originality, Plagiarism & AI‑Use Policy
- Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism‑detection and AI‑detection tools.
- Papers with significant similarity or evidence of unedited AI‑generated text will be rejected.
- BRR does not accept fully AI‑generated articles. Authors may use AI tools for support (e.g., language refinement, summarisation), but AI cannot produce the full manuscript, and all AI‑assisted sections must be substantively revised by the author.
- Authors must properly cite all sources and avoid self‑plagiarism.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of all submitted content.
Ethical Considerations
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
- Research involving human participants must include:
- Ethical approval from a recognised body
- Evidence of informed consent
- Data must be handled responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with ethical research standards.
Peer Review Process
- All submissions undergo double‑blind peer review
- Typical review time: 4–6 weeks
- Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit
